Before I was 40 I had experienced Menopause, I was unprepared and unsettled, I had no idea what was in store fme during this change. 

This set me on a mission to ensure other women can own their Peri-Menopause and Menopause are prepared to GLOW.

Around the peri-menopause and menopause, most women share that they want to know how to regain control of their body and mind and get back to feeling like themselves again.


I created The Best Way to Glow course to help you understand exactly that by giving you the tips and tools you need to help you regain control, whilst negotiating this time of life. I want you to feel confident about what is happening to your hormones, body, and mind. You can do this by using the knowledge, actional practical steps, and support we share in The Best Way to Glow.


I used these strategies with *Emma, who was able to seek support from her GP and receive appropriate treatment advice. And *Kat, who was able to put on her swimming costume for the first time in years, started exercising and improving her physical and mental health.
